The mission of the Oregon Collision Repair Association (OCRA) is to protect and advance the collision repair industry by championing safe, proper, and ethical vehicle repairs. Our goal is to unite and support collision repair professionals, businesses, and industry partners through education, training, collaboration, and proactive legislative advocacy. By promoting professionalism, integrity, accountability, and excellence, we work to ensure consumers receive safe and correct repairs, industry professionals are treated fairly and reasonably compensated, and policymakers are informed by the real-world expertise of those who restore vehicles to pre-loss condition. Through inclusive leadership and cooperation, we are committed to raising a strong, sustainable, and respected collision repair industry for generations to come.
